MoDH Volunteers Honored by the Triangle Nonprofit & Volunteer Leadership Center

In April, two of the Museum’s long-time volunteers were invited to attend a special luncheon hosted by the Triangle Volunteer Center. This gathering of Key Volunteers recognized the service of individuals in the community who are providing service to local organizations and their causes. The Museum’s very own Sue Andreson and Brand Fortner won the family category! Both Sue and Brand have been involved at the Museum since its opening in 2013 and have put their diverse skillsets into action– between electrical work, refurbishing our gazebo, community outreach, and excellent visitor service, they have certainly helped the Museum work toward its mission!

Interested in getting involved with the museum? Volunteers play a critical role at the MoDH, and we are always looking for new team members– apply today!
