“Durham During the Great War” Opening Reception Recap

We had a great time celebrating the opening of our newest exhibit Durham During the Great War on August 17th and wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support us! It was a lively night with live music from Robinson Lee Earle, a visit from the City of Raleigh Museum’s “Doughboys,” and some tasty wheat-less and meat-less treats from the Fresh Market and Ninth Street Bakery!

The exhibit will run through mid-December, so stay tuned for upcoming World War I programming at the Museum!

In case you missed it, keep an eye on our Facebook photo page as we keep adding pictures from the event!
